Five days gives the work room to settle and the time to go further, out to the team you lead and the legacy you're building. Twenty women over five days become a genuine community that lasts past the room, and it's the most accessible format per seat.

i.

Room to go further

Five days gives the time to carry the work out to the team you lead and the legacy you're building.

ii.

The strongest community

Twenty women over five days build the kind of peer bond that lasts past the room. Your tribe of leaders running the same race.

iii.

The 90 days, begun live

There's time to build your 90-day integration plan in the room, with the group as witness, before you leave.

Five days. One thread.

The same five-step clinical arc, with room to carry it from the self all the way out to the system you lead and the legacy you intend to leave.

Day 1

The Mirror.

We begin inside. Surface how you see yourself, others, and your profession. Trace the distortion to the relationship wound underneath, and honor how it kept you safe.

Day 2

The Upgrade.

What you found was information, not a verdict. Synthesize a more sophisticated way of leading, being, and connecting. Set boundaries that serve everyone, and stop being the ceiling.

Day 3

The Freedom.

You don't have to choose between being human and being a leader. Lean into hard conversations. Boundaries, confidence, and care, working together.

Day 4

The Organization.

The system you lead is a mirror of how you lead yourself. Scale the work to the team: hard conversations across power dynamics, and structures that protect you and them from burnout.

Day 5

The Legacy.

Who do you want to become, and who do you want to develop? Write your leadership legacy, build your 90-day plan live, and close the circle with the women who walked it with you.

Four hours a day, for five days.

Structured enough to feel safe, open enough to feel free. Each day follows the same rhythm so your body learns the room, while the content moves through the five-day arc.

A representative day. A somatic check-in opens every morning and intention-setting closes every day. The content moves through the five-day arc; the rhythm stays the same.

A 90-day integration.

The immersion gives you time to build your 90-day plan in the room. Then the integration carries it: structured check-ins so the work actually holds. Growth is a marathon, and struggling in places is not failure. It's information.

30 days

Practice.

Have the conversations you've been avoiding. Each one is data. The goal is movement, not perfection. Accountability check-ins at two and four weeks.

60 days

Implementation.

The framework becomes the default: trauma-informed conversations, saying no with intention, delegating, cooperating rather than controlling. A group check-in at 60 days.

90 days

Integration.

Honest self-assessment. Where did you grow, and where do you still struggle? A 90-day group reunion closes the arc, with the tribe you built in the room.

Five days. Twenty women.

What you'll want to know.

What do the extra two days give me?
Days 4 and 5 carry the work outward. Day 4, The Organization, scales the framework to the team you lead: hard conversations across power dynamics and structures that prevent burnout. Day 5, The Legacy, is about who you want to become and develop, and you build your 90-day plan live before you leave.
Why is the five-day the most affordable per seat?
By design. The immersion holds more women and runs longer, which makes it the most accessible entry point and builds the strongest community. The smaller, shorter formats trade community for individual depth and privacy, and are priced accordingly. Compare all three.
Is this therapy?
No. Okairy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker by training, credentialed in California and Texas, and she brings that clinical depth to the room. The intensive itself is leadership development, not clinical psychotherapy. If you are seeking therapy, please reach out to a licensed provider in your state.
How do I hold a seat?
Seats are by application. Share a little about where you lead and what you're carrying, and Okairy follows up personally about fit and the next cohort. Apply through the application page.
