Therapy services provided under the LCSW license are subject to additional confidentiality and recordkeeping requirements under applicable state law. Where state law provides stronger protections than this policy, state law controls.
Information you provide directly: your first and last name, email address, phone number, the service you select, and your responses on intake forms. Intake responses for Therapy and Life Coaching include personal background, current concerns, and goals. Intake responses for astrology and tarot services include birth date, birth time, birth place, and the questions you bring.
Payment information is processed by Stripe and is not stored on this site. Standard usage data is collected anonymously through site analytics and is used only to understand how the site is used.
For Therapy services provided under the LCSW license, clinical records are kept in accordance with applicable state recordkeeping requirements and professional ethical standards. Clinical records are stored securely and are not shared with third parties without your written consent, except where disclosure is required or permitted by law (for example: mandated reporting of abuse or imminent harm, court order, or your insurance provider in cases where insurance is used for payment).

Your information is used to schedule and deliver booked services, communicate about scheduling and follow-up, prepare for sessions and recorded readings, maintain internal records, and comply with applicable legal and professional requirements. Newsletter subscribers receive periodic emails until they unsubscribe.

The following third-party services support the operation of this practice. Each operates under its own privacy policy.
Stripe processes payments. Kit handles email communications and the newsletter. Calendly handles scheduling for live services. Google Sheets stores internal booking and intake records. Google Calendar receives session events. Netlify hosts the website and supporting functions. For recorded reading delivery, recordings may be hosted on Vimeo, Google Drive, or another secure delivery service and shared with you via private link.
Where Therapy clinical records are involved, only services that meet applicable confidentiality standards are used to handle clinical content. Non-clinical scheduling and contact information may flow through standard third-party services.
Live sessions are not recorded by default. Where recording is mutually agreed for note-taking purposes, recordings are stored privately, are not shared with any third party, and are deleted on request. Recorded astrology and tarot readings are created specifically for you and are delivered via private link, not posted publicly.
Booking and intake records for non-clinical services are retained for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described above and to satisfy accounting and tax obligations. Therapy clinical records are retained in accordance with applicable state recordkeeping requirements, which typically require retention for a number of years after the last session.
You may request deletion of personal data outside of clinical records by contacting the email below. Deletion does not affect records required for legal, financial, or clinical compliance.
