My Mission

I started my private practice in 2021 after giving birth to my first child. At that time, it became evident to me that the world needed a more integrated system in mental health. With my love and desire to spread awareness of the importance of mental health and our innate spirituality I wanted to merge the two in my practice. This is an essential point of my practice to remember that we're humans needed to reconnect to our spiritual needs.

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

I have worked in the mental health industry since 2010. I received my Master's Degree in Social Work at USC in 2011, and I have been licensed since 2015. I began offering private practice therapy since 2021.

Coaching & Astrology

After years of practical application in my own life, I realized the importance of understanding how astrology is the "hidden code" directing so much in our lives. I Began providing astrology since 2020 and lifestyle coaching since 2021.
